What kind of warranty do you offer on Auxbeam products?
Most of our LED lighting products come with a 1-year to 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your LED light bars and pods waterproof?
Yes, our lighting products feature high IP ratings, typically IP67 or IP68, ensuring they are dust-tight and protected against water immersion and harsh weather conditions.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do I need a special wiring harness for installation?
While many of our kits include a basic wiring harness, some high-power light bars or specific vehicle configurations may require a heavy-duty harness or specialized adapters sold separately.
